• Creating inclusive spaces where all participants, partners and communities feel respected and heard
• Challenging bias in both the content and process of evaluation
• Amplifying underrepresented voices, particularly in heritage, education and community sectors
• Designing accessible engagement methods that consider language, literacy, disability, neurodiversity, digital access, and cultural context
• Reflecting on our own positionality and recognising power dynamics inherent in evaluation work
