Clare has worked in the museums and heritage sector since 2011, both in-house in programme management and delivery roles, and as a freelance evaluation consultant. She holds a PGDip in Organisational Behaviour, gained during her first career in HR, where she worked with FMCG and property organisations across London and the South East.

Driven by a deep curiosity about people, learning, and impact, Clare is passionate about using evaluation as a tool for growth, equity, and meaningful change. She believes in working collaboratively, asking the right questions, and surfacing the insights that help organisations thrive.

Clare holds an enhanced DBS check (April 2025, on the Update Service), along with full public liability and professional indemnity insurance. She is based in the North West and is happy to travel across the region for in-person work.
