We’ll review any documents you have then run a focused workshop with the right people in the room to clarify the change you want, what success looks like, and a simple way to track progress from day one. You’ll get a short summary with your key evaluation questions and a lean logic plan for how to evidence impact. Remote delivery, with notes you can share with colleagues and funders. 

How it works

• You book: a 90-120 min online session.
• You provide: relevant background docs (brief, plan, grant app, KPIs).
• We do: pre-read + design/facilitation of the workshop.
• You get: a 1-2 page summary (key questions + lean evaluation plan) within 2 working days.
• Add-on: Need the tools too? We can design your surveys, interview guides and simple dashboards-scoped and costed separately.

Got an idea involving an audience or group but want to sense check your plan / assumptions before diving in? Test it out with the people you’re trying to reach. We’ll agree a series of key questions, you’ll promote the session to your audience, and we’ll run one 90-minute online group (up to 10 participants, with a waitlist to reduce dropouts). You’ll receive the top five findings, a handful of punchy quotes, and practical recommendations. (No full transcript; quotes are anonymised and lightly edited for clarity.)

We agree a topic, scan recent reports and similar projects, and produce a crisp one-page brief with key takeaways and references (grey literature and peer-reviewed sources as required). Great for shaping strategy, developing funding narratives, and making quick decisions.
